Digital Product Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all digital products, including virtual classes, PDF guides, and recorded workshops purchased through Stork Helpers.

• License for Use: Your purchase grants you one (1) non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use within your immediate household. You may not share your login credentials, distribute PDF files, or "group-buy" these products with others.

• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of these products and the instant access provided to our proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

• No Guarantees: While our products are built on 8 years of professional birth experience, Stork Helpers does not guarantee specific birth outcomes, medical results, or "pain-free" experiences. Birth is unpredictable, and our products are tools for preparation, not a guarantee of a specific result.

• Access Duration: "Lifetime access" refers to the life of the product. If Stork Helpers decides to retire a digital product, you will be given 30 days' notice via the email address on file to download the materials for your permanent records.

• Relationship Disclosure: Purchasing a digital product does not constitute a formal doula-client relationship. If you desire 1-on-1 support, a separate service contract and intake process are required.
