The idea of becoming pregnant is shared by many women, planning out their announcements, gender reveals, their birth and everything in between.  The reality though is nearly 26% of women struggle to get pregnant or carry a baby to term.  For those who struggle, the dream of becoming pregant gets expensive and the journey is a difficult as many focus on IUI or IVF, both of which require a variety of fertility drugs and treatments to try and help achieve pregnancy.

For many though, this not an ideal way to become pregnant either due to cost, the use of many drugs, or both.   Fertility Coaching is the process of becoming pregnant holistically by healing imbalances in your hormones that could be preventing you becoming pregnant.

We work with Cincinnati and Dayton families over the course of twelve months to help you achieve you goal through testing your hormone levels and vitamin deficiencies and nutrition.  You deserve to have your dream come true without the using of expensive treatments.   Let's talk and see if fertility coaching is right for you.

Fertility Coach Support Includes:

Fertility Consultations

Having the opportunity to get together on a regular basis is important.  It gives us an opportunity to talk about all the things.

Somtimes it's about your test results, questions about nutrition or just talking through the emotions.  Trying to get pregnant can be difficult and the process can be emotional, all of this is normal and you are right to feel the way you do.  It is important to talk through these pieces so they are not weighing you down.

Beyond the initial meet and greet, we will have a meeting after signing to review where you are after you some initial tests are completed. You can expect to have on-going consultations at:

  • 2 months
  • 4 months
  • 6 months
  • 8 months
  • 10 months
  • 12 months

Have questions in between - we are always here, do not wait until a meeting to ask questions.

Fertility Testing

No one likes testing, but it is a necessary part of looking at your body as a whole and seeing what could be interfering with your ability to get pregnant.   During the course of the year, typically at the beginning and again at six months, we order three different tests - blood tests, dutch tests and saliva tests.

All of these tests give us great information about your body and your health in order to put together a complete picture for what your body needs.

Creating A Plan

Planning is a large part of trying to get pregnant holistically. We will work to create a plan that is catered to you from your test results.  From nutrition and vitamins to excercise, everything will be catered to your body's needs so your body can sustain a pregnancy.

We will potentially adjust the plan through the year, with most adjustments taking place after the six month consult, which is when we typically order a new set of tests to check for progress.

24/7 Support

You deserve to be supported - night or day - to have your questions answered.  We are here for you, whether you have a question during the day or you just need someone to listen to you in the middle of the night.   While you try to get pregnant, you are likely to experience a variety of emotions and have tons of questions, were are for you for all of it.

One Year of Support

This isn't a quick process which is why we support you for a year.  To treat your body naturally, your body needs time to heal and find the balance.  We will support you for a year as we work to help your body get pregnnt naturally.

Difference Between Fertility Coaching and Fertility Treatment

Fertility coaching serves as a valuable resource for individuals and couples seeking guidance and emotional support throughout their fertility journey. Fertility coaches offer compassionate assistance in understanding the emotional and psychological aspects of infertility. We provide a safe space for individuals to express your fears, anxieties, and frustrations, helping you navigate the complex emotions associated with fertility challenges.

By focusing on empowering individuals and couples, fertility coaching aims to address the your holistic well-being. It provides tools and strategies to cope with stress, establish healthy habits, and enhance overall emotional resilience. Fertility coaches work closely with you, offering personalized advice, lifestyle recommendations, and emotional support to optimize the chances of conception.

On the other hand, fertility treatment refers to medical interventions and procedures designed to enhance fertility and increase the chances of successful conception. These treatments involve the expertise of medical professionals such as fertility doctors, reproductive endocrinologists, and embryologists. Fertility treatment can range from basic interventions such as fertility medications and intrauterine insemination (IUI) to more advanced techniques like in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).
